Custom High-Barrier BIB Vacuum Bags for Post-Mix Syrup, Wine & Fruit Pulp

Designed for oxygen-sensitive liquids, this BIB vacuum pouch can be built as a four-side-seal or three-side-seal gusseted bag, with either a round bottom or butterfly bottom to help it stay stable and bulge-free inside a carton. The dispensing end accepts a food-grade spout, one-way valve or butterfly valve connector for post-mix dispensers and filling lines, limiting air exposure after opening to reduce oxidation and secondary contamination. Optional hanging holes, handles or locating notches make carton packing and handling easier.

The pouch is constructed from food-grade multi-layer laminations such as PET, NY, AL and PE. The aluminium foil layer provides a strong oxygen and light barrier, while the inner sealant layer delivers reliable heat-seal strength for chilled storage and ambient distribution. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing for rich colour and tight registration, with matte, gloss or spot varnish options. Common capacities range from 1L to 20L, and film thickness plus bag format are selected to suit product weight and equipment interface. Matching roll film in the same structure is also offered.

Applications cover post-mix beverage syrup, red wine, fruit pulp and juice, sauces, edible oil and liquid household products. For custom work, send a sample bag or artwork; we verify the film structure and spout specification, prepare a proof for approval, and then move to mass production. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and is equipped with a Class 10,000 clean workshop plus multiple gravure printing, lamination and bag-making lines.
