Custom Food-Grade Embossed Vacuum Pouches with Zipper & Optional One-Way Degassing Valve

Designed for food preservation and storage, this embossed vacuum pouch uses a textured channel pattern that guides air out evenly during vacuuming. That helps minimise wrinkles around the seal area and lowers the risk of leaks. The opening includes a zipper and bone strip for repeated open-close use. For products such as coffee beans that release gas, an optional one-way degassing valve can be added: internal gas exits while outside air is kept from flowing back. Seals are flat and secure, and the clear pouch body allows quick content inspection.

The pouch body is made from food-grade laminated film, typically PA/PE or PET/PE, balancing oxygen barrier, puncture resistance and low-temperature toughness. Its inner heat-seal layer is suitable for direct food contact. Printing is available in 1–8 color gravure, covering brand artwork, barcodes and usage information. Standard thickness is around 0.08mm–0.20mm. Bag width and length are set according to the contents and packing method. Options include flat, three-side-seal, zipper and valve styles, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Common applications include fresh meat, seafood, cooked foods, coffee beans, nuts, tea and dried goods for vacuum preservation and retail display. The pouches also suit moisture-sensitive electronics and hardware. Custom orders begin with a sample or artwork to confirm bag style, material and print layout; sampling approval comes before bulk production.
