Kody Packaging manufactures food-grade embossed vacuum pouches in Dongguan, Guangdong for fresh, frozen and cooked food packed on vacuum machines. The textured face creates a channel that lets air travel out of the pouch during evacuation, so the vacuum is drawn more evenly and residual air is reduced instead of being trapped in pockets.
Made from a PA+PE laminate, the pouch combines a nylon layer for strength and puncture resistance with a PE inner layer that provides the heat seal. This structure helps protect bone-in, shell-on and frozen products from tearing, while the sealed edge remains intact at low temperatures. Once vacuumed, the pouch hugs the contents and limits air contact, which supports colour, texture and flavour retention during chilled or frozen storage. It is suitable for steaks, fish, shrimp, poultry, cooked meats and vegetables, and is widely used in fresh-food processing and central kitchens.
Pouches are customised to your product dimensions, with thickness selected according to the contents and the vacuum level required. Branding can be printed in 1–8 colours, and a smooth transparent option is also available. Dimensions, thickness and artwork are all made to order.
