Built around a handled vacuum pouch format, this colour-printed laminated bag serves rice and grain retail packs across a 1–10 kg fill range. A lamination finish over the printed surface delivers fuller colour reproduction, and the pouch is designed to be vacuumed after filling.
The pouch body is made from a laminated material. Its finishing layer protects the printed surface from scuffs and handling wear, while the laminated layers provide barrier performance and tensile strength. Once vacuumed, the bag contracts against the contents, helping lower moisture and insect exposure. The base seal width is set according to fill weight, so heavy packs keep their seams secure.
Fill weight can be selected within 1–10 kg. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, handle type and artwork layout can all be adjusted to your drawing. One artwork can cover multiple weight options, and free layout design support is available before ordering.
Applications include food products, mixed grains, wheat flour, rice and beans, as well as grain gift packs and family-size formats. The same bag type can be shared by shop retail and e-commerce shipping.
Kody Packaging produces these pouches in Dongguan, Guangdong, with lamination, printing and bag-making completed at one factory site. A sample run allows you to confirm the colour and the vacuumed pack shape, while checking the laminated colour and the handle's load-bearing point.
