Built for a 5 kg fill, this custom vacuum rice pouch features a carry-handle format and a nylon (PA)-containing laminate. The colour-printed panel puts brand information directly on pack, making it suitable for vacuum-packed rice and grains sold at retail.
The nylon layer is included to improve puncture and tear resistance. Working with the laminated and heat-seal layers, it helps the pouch withstand vacuuming and handling with less risk of failure. A carry handle lets the finished pack be lifted straight away, reducing secondary packaging during transit. Base folds and seal widths are matched to the fill weight so seams remain secure under heavier loads.
Fill weights from 1 kg to 10 kg are covered. Printing supports 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Handle style, film thickness, and artwork can be set to customer requirements. One artwork can also cover multiple fill weights, making series merchandising easier.
Typical applications include food products, coarse grains, wheat flour, rice, and beans. The same format also suits mixed-grain household packs. Long-grain rice, fragrant rice, and mixed blends can all share one pouch design.

Sampling can be arranged to check the nylon layer's puncture performance and handle strength, while also reviewing the handle load point and the pouch shape after vacuuming.
