This handle-style pouch is a regular choice for vacuum-packed rice. A carry hole is die-cut into the bag body, with 5 kg and 2.5 kg being the most common fill sizes. After vacuuming, the rice is compressed into a dense brick, giving better use of space in stacking, transport and retail shelves.

The pouch body is made from a laminated material. Its laminated layers deliver tensile strength and barrier performance, while the vacuum step removes most of the air inside and helps slow oxidation and moisture pick-up in the rice. Shoppers can lift the pack by the integrated handle, so no separate outer bag is needed. Base and top seal widths are determined by the actual fill weight, lowering the chance of seal failure or edge splitting during handling.

Fill capacity spans 1–20 kg. Printing can be produced in 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. The format may be specified as a handle bag or a three-side-seal bag; dimensions, handle placement and artwork are all made to order. One artwork can also be used across several fill weights, making range merchandising easier.

Suitable applications include food products, mixed grains, wheat flour, rice and beans. The same pouch also fits grain gift sets and family-size portions. It works for both in-store retail and e-commerce fulfilment.

Manufactured by Kangdi Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, the pouch goes through lamination, printing and bag-making within one factory site. A pre-production sample can be arranged to verify load-bearing performance and vacuum forming, and to review the stress point at the handle as well as the appearance after vacuuming.
