Built around compression packing, this side-gusseted three-side seal vacuum pouch serves tea and solid beverage applications. Inward-folded side pleats help the bag stay upright and stack neatly after filling, while vacuum evacuation pulls the panel tight to the contents to limit oxidation and moisture pick-up. The flat front area is suitable for large brand graphics, and seal width, corner radius and tear-notch position can be tailored for easier opening and resealing.
The main material is an aluminium foil laminate, typically PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/PE. Barrier and heat-seal layers can be selected around the fill, balancing light blocking, moisture resistance and puncture strength. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, with matt, gloss and spot effects available. Formats include three-side seal, four-side seal and side-gusset bags, most often from 100g to 1kg, and matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical uses are foods that need vacuum or compressed packing: tea, coffee powder, solid beverages, meal-replacement powder, nuts and pet treats, plus some powder products with high light and moisture protection needs.
