For food products that require 121°C high-temperature, high-pressure sterilisation, these retort vacuum pouches are built with heat-resistant composite structures, commonly PET/AL/PA/RCPP. After sterilisation they can be stored at ambient temperature with an extended shelf life. A reticulated surface helps minimise adhesion between the contents and the pouch wall. They are suitable for meats, ready meals, soups, congee and other foods needing sterilisation, with dimensions and artwork customisable to the product.
