At the core of this pouch is a gusseted stand-up format: once the bottom gusset opens, the bag remains stable on retail shelves, workshop counters and service bays. Side and bottom seals are flat and secure, and can be widened on request to help lower leakage risk. The top fitment can be a screw-cap spout, flip-top spout or a slim pour nozzle, allowing higher-viscosity vehicle fluids such as gear oil and antifreeze to dispense smoothly. After pouring, tighten the cap for resealable, portioned use and easier transport stacking.

Material construction is matched to the fill and shelf-life requirement. Common laminates include PET/PE, PA/PE and PET/AL/PE, with a PE inner heat-seal layer selected for liquid contact and stable resistance to acid, alkali and puncture stress. Printing is 1–8 colour gravure, which reproduces detailed artwork, small text and solid colour areas, with optional matt, gloss or spot varnish finishes. Pouch formats and volumes from 100ml to 5L are produced to order; spout diameter, bag width and bag length are adjusted to suit the filling line and outer carton.

Typical applications include windscreen wash, antifreeze, gear oil, AdBlue, cleaning agents and other vehicle care liquids, plus small-format liquid packaging in household and agrochemical products. The custom process is simple: share a sample, artwork or filling specification, we confirm the material structure and print plan, then produce a proof for approval before bulk manufacturing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering film blowing, printing and pouch making in one site.
