This spouted stand-up pouch is built for sauce filling. A folded bottom gusset keeps it upright on retail shelves and along filling lines, while the top-fill opening allows product to be dosed before heat sealing, whether the line is automatic or semi-automatic. Mounted at the center of the pouch face, the spout can be specified with a regular screw cap or with a tamper-evident ring and silicone valve, helping deliver a steady flow with less dripping. All four seals are flat and secure, and the opening position plus spout spacing can be adjusted to align with your filler, making the pouch suitable for measured filling and repeated dispensing of medium- to high-viscosity sauces.

Typical pouch construction uses multilayer laminates such as PET/AL/NY/PE or PET/NY/PE. The exact material stack can be adapted to the product being packed and the sterilization process, balancing barrier protection, puncture resistance and heat tolerance. Up to 1-8 colour gravure printing is available on the surface, allowing brand colours, gradients and fine text to be reproduced. We can proof from either physical samples or artwork files. Standard fill sizes range from 100ml to 5L, while pouch width, spout diameter, seal width and film unwind direction are customizable for filling equipment and shelf presentation.
