Thickened Leak-Resistant Stand-Up Spouted Pouches for High-Temperature Food-Grade Liquid Packaging (100ml–5L)

Designed for liquid foods and daily chemical liquids, this stand-up spouted pouch uses a bottom gusset that is heat-sealed to create a stable, upright base, helping save space on shelves and filling lines. Wide heat seals run around the pouch body to resist pressure and keep edges from opening. The top screw-cap spout can be a straight spout or a leak-resistant valve version, allowing smooth dispensing with less suck-back and reliable sealing after repeated opening and closing. A thicker pouch body and reinforced spout base work together to lower leakage risk during transport and compression.

Common structures include food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE. The barrier layer and inner heat-seal film can be adjusted to match the fill, supporting both high-temperature sterilization and ambient storage. Printing is done by 1–8 colour gravure, which delivers consistent detail and solid colour saturation. Customization from supplied samples or artwork is available, and matching roll film in the same material structure can be provided for continuous automatic packaging lines. Sizes range from 100ml to 5L, with pouch shape, spout diameter and dimensions matched to the requirement.

Typical applications cover juices, jams, sauces, dressings, syrups, dairy drinks, detergents and other daily chemical liquids. They work for supermarket shelf display as well as automatic filling lines. The usual custom process begins with confirming the contents and volume, followed by a sample to verify pouch format, spout and print effect; bulk production starts after sample approval. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10000 clean workshop where film blowing, printing and bag making are handled in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production and delivery arranged according to the schedule confirmed at order.
