Thick Clear Hand-Carry Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Craft Beer & Soup | Custom 100ml–5L

This stand-up spout pouch features a thickened, transparent body and can be produced with a hand-carry cutout or handle. A bottom gusset gives the filled pouch a stable standing position, while the spout can be specified with a standard screw cap, flip-top cap or valve design. The spout base and pouch opening are heat-sealed together for a neat, strong edge, supporting liquid filling, sealing, storage and pouring. Because the film remains clear, users can easily see the contents, and brands can present the product effectively on shelf.

The pouch is constructed from food-grade composite film. Typical structures include PET/NY/PE and PET/PE, and the exact combination can be adjusted to suit the contents and sterilization process. Printing is available in 1–8 color gravure, delivering consistent color reproduction with clear, matte or glossy surface finishes. Capacities generally range from 100ml to 5L. Spout diameter, pouch dimensions, handle format and seal-edge style can all be customized from samples or drawings, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Common applications include craft beer, soups, juices, beverages and liquid seasonings. For custom orders, the workflow starts with a discussion of your requirements, followed by sample or artwork submission, confirmation of pouch structure and film materials, proofing, approval of the final sample, and then scheduled manufacturing. Production takes place at our Dongguan, Guangdong factory, which includes a Class 10000 clean workshop. Spout pouch orders start at 10,000 pcs, with 1–8 color gravure printing and matching roll film available. Once the schedule is confirmed, we plan production to support punctual delivery.
