Stand-Up Spouted Pouch for 500g Laundry Detergent and Hand Soap Refills

This liquid refill package is built as a stand-up spouted pouch. A folded bottom gusset helps a filled pouch stand upright on shelf and pour with better control. The top carries a screw-cap spout, offered in small- or large-diameter versions, and selected specifications can be fitted with a valve or pull-ring cap. Flat, firm four-side seals and a widened spout-to-film weld area help the pouch stay sealed through repeated opening and closing, which suits multi-use family packs.

Typical pouch bodies use PET/PE, PA/PE and similar laminated films, with an inner heat-seal layer that balances stiffness and drop resistance. Graphics are applied by 1-8 colour gravure printing, reproducing solid backgrounds and gradients with strong colour saturation; proofing can be arranged from submitted samples or artwork. Capacities from 100ml to 5L are available. Bag width, bag height, spout diameter and cap type can be matched to your filling line, and roll film in the same material can also be supplied for continuous filling.

Common refill applications include laundry detergent, hand soap, body wash, conditioner and liquid soap, as well as disinfectants and household cleaners. To begin a custom project, share a sample pouch or design drawing. Once the material structure and print artwork are confirmed, proofing is scheduled, followed by mass production at our Dongguan factory. The facility includes a Class 10000 clean workshop and integrated film blowing, printing and pouch making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, delivered on the confirmed schedule.
