Stand-Up Spout Pouches 50ml–100ml Butterfly Cap for Hand Sanitiser and Lotion

This stand-up spout pouch is built on a double-gusset base that lets the pack stand unaided on shelf, with four-side heat seals and a butterfly flip-top spout centred at the top. The flip cap opens for direct squeeze dispensing and clicks closed again to limit leakage and recontamination. Offered in transparent or matte finishes, the format suits 50ml to 100ml liquid fills for travel kits, sampling programmes and hotel amenity lines. Every batch is produced in our Dongguan plant and packed for container-load export.

Pouch bodies are made from food-grade laminated film, typically PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, chosen for barrier, flex-crack resistance and seal strength. The spout and butterfly cap are food-grade PE injection mouldings heat-sealed into the pouch. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses and can carry full-coverage backgrounds, gradients and fine type, with gloss or matte surface finishing. Standard volumes span 50ml to 100ml, and matching roll film is available for the same artwork so you can pair pouches with form-fill-seal lines.

Typical applications include hand sanitiser, hand gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, essential oils and other low-viscosity liquids in travel, trial and amenity sizes, as well as private-label e-commerce lines.
