Made from food-grade PET/PE laminate, this stand-up spout pouch with shaped bottom and leak-resistant spout is available from 100ml to 1L for hair masks, purees, sauces and personal care liquids.

Our stand-up spout pouches are built with a gusseted base and reinforced side seals so the filled pouch stands securely on the shelf and stays upright during handling. A screw cap or flip-top spout is heat-welded into the top panel, and a one-way valve can be added for degassing or dispensing. Flat, even seal lines reduce leakers and support repeated opening and closing, which matters when importers ship a full container and the packs travel long distances before reaching retail.
The standard build is a food-grade PET/PE laminate, and we adjust the structure to the filling — PET/VMPET/PE, PET/AL/PE, NY/PE and other combinations are available for aroma, moisture, oxygen or oil barrier. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure lines, with matt, gloss, tactile and registered finishes. Pouch volumes range from 100ml to 1L, and shaped spouts, shaped base gussets and custom dimensions can be developed from your drawings or physical samples.
These pouches are widely used for hair masks, shampoos, purees, sauces, pet food and liquid home-care products. Our OEM/ODM programme moves from artwork confirmation and sampling to sign-off and bulk production, starting at 10,000 pcs. From our cleanroom plant in Dongguan, Guangdong, we run 1-8 colour gravure work, supply matching roll film from the same cylinder set, and help overseas importers with export documentation and container-loading plans so shipments leave on schedule.
