Designed for refill and decanting applications involving hand sanitizer, disinfectant and similar liquids, this stand-up spout pouch keeps a structured profile thanks to its folded bottom gusset, so it stays upright on retail shelves and inside shipping cartons. The body is formed with four-side seals plus a reinforced bottom seal, giving the closure strength and pressure resistance that help lower the risk of bursting. At the top, a screw-cap spout is available in a standard version or with a silicone valve for leak resistance; both support smooth pouring, single-hand dosing and repeated resealing, making them suitable for family-size and refill formats.

The pouch uses a milky white PE composite film as its base, with the layer build customizable through combinations of PET, NY, AL and PE according to the fill product and required shelf life. This balances barrier performance, flexibility and resistance to liquid attack. For decoration, 1–8 colour gravure printing delivers fine pattern detail and consistent colour, with matte or gloss finishes available; an unprinted milky white surface is also possible. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L, while pouch dimensions, spout diameter and cap style can be tailored. Matching roll film made from the same material can be supplied alongside the pouches.

Common end uses include hand sanitizer, body wash, shampoo, disinfectant and laundry liquid, as well as sauces and juices, covering brand refill packs, factory filling operations and e-commerce retail. The custom route is simple: send a physical sample or artwork, confirm the material structure, pouch style and dimensions, approve the proof, and then proceed to bulk output. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, operates a Class 10,000 clean workshop, and has a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs. Printing and pouch making are handled in-house, with shipment scheduled according to the approved production plan.
