Dispensing is handled by a flip-top spout set at the top of the pouch: squeeze the body to release product, snap the cap shut to reseal, and the opening stays tidy with little residue clinging to it between uses. A folded bottom gusset expands as the pouch fills, so the pack stands upright on a shelf and sits steady inside a bag without tipping. Seams run along three or four edges, forming flat, firm seals that carry the weight of the liquid inside.

Bodies are built from laminated films such as PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, with the layer combination specified for barrier performance, light blocking or alcohol resistance depending on the filling. A matte outer treatment gives a soft-touch surface that resists fingerprints. Graphics come from 1-8 colour gravure printing, which keeps gradients, full-coverage backgrounds and fine text crisp and consistent. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L, and both pouch dimensions and spout placement can be revised to your drawing; matching roll film in the same structure is supplied alongside.
