Large-Capacity Milky White PE Flip-Top Spout Double Stand-Up Pouch for Detergent Refill

Designed as a large-capacity double stand-up pouch, this flip-top spout bag has a plain, unprinted body with a folded bottom that keeps it standing steadily after filling. The flip-top spout is easy to open and close, allowing smooth pouring; closing it afterward helps reduce leakage and contamination. The four-side seals are flat and strong, and the spout-to-bag weld is reinforced so it resists cracking during holding or squeezing. It suits filling detergent, hand soap and other liquids with some viscosity.

The pouch is primarily made from milky white PE laminated film. Thickness and inner layer can be matched to the contents and fill volume to balance stiffness and flexibility. Printing uses 1–8 colour gravure, delivering fine pattern detail and stable colour across full backgrounds and large solid areas. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L. Spout specification, bag dimensions and pour-opening size can all be adjusted to bottle format or usage habits, or the pouch can be supplied plain for labelling.

Common applications include sub-packaging and refills for daily chemical liquids such as detergent, laundry liquid, fabric softener, hand soap and disinfectant, plus portable water bags and outdoor water storage. Customization supports samples or artwork; once the material structure and print file are confirmed, sampling and volume production can be arranged. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, and gravure printing, lamination and bag making are completed in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production organized according to the confirmed schedule.
