Functionally, this pack brings together three jobs: standing upright for shelf display, resealing through a zipper, and drinking straight from a spout. A widened bottom gusset keeps the pouch steady, while three-side or four-side seals create a flat, secure body. At the top, a food-grade spout with screw cap can be fitted; depending on the fill, choose a leak-proof valve, a one-way valve or a standard drinking spout for easy pouring or sipping. Brands may keep both zipper and spout, or choose only one, to separate specifications across sales channels.
The pouch body uses food-grade laminated film. Common structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/NY/PE, with oxygen-barrier, light-blocking and heat-resistant layers adjusted to the product. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, giving stable colour reproduction and support for full-coverage backgrounds, gradients and spot matte effects. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 1.5L, spout diameters include 8.5mm, 10mm and 16mm, and bag width and height are customised to fill volume and shelf proportions.
Typical uses cover kids' fruit puree, baby liquid food, jelly, yoghurt, sauces and dressings. They work for retail display as well as single-serve packs in outdoor and foodservice channels. The custom route is simple: send samples, artwork or specifications; we confirm material structure and printing; then a sample pouch is made for approval before mass production. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and an MOQ of 10,000 pcs; matching same-material roll film is available, and delivery is on the agreed schedule.
