Kids Juice & Puree Pouch with Cartoon Screw-Cap Spout | Custom Stand-Up Packaging

Built for children's juice, single-serve fruit puree and similar liquid foods, this double stand-up spout pouch keeps shelf presence and child-friendly dispensing in mind. A bottom gusset lets the filled pouch stand upright for retail display and home storage, while four-side heat sealing adds strength and leaves rounded corners that are comfortable to hold. The top features a cartoon-style screw-cap spout; depending on the project, it can also include a zip closure or child-resistant spout design. Spout opening size can be matched to product viscosity, helping juice flow and puree squeeze out smoothly.

The pouch body uses food-grade laminated film, and the structure can be tailored by layer count and thickness for light protection, puncture resistance or low-temperature applications. 1–8 colour gravure printing reproduces saturated colours and fine detail, so cartoon characters and brand marks stay faithful. Available volumes run from 100ml to 2L, with bag width, spout diameter and cap style customised to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for automatic filling lines.

These pouches are commonly chosen for children's juice, fruit puree, yoghurt and jelly drinks, and they also suit sauces, honey and travel-size personal care samples. To customise, send a sample or artwork; we confirm pouch format, material and print layout, then create the plate and provide a sample for approval before mass production. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop where printing, lamination and bag making are completed in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with delivery made on the agreed schedule.
