Hot-Fill Liquid Delivery Dual Stand-Up Pouch with Optional Spout or Valve

This dual stand-up pouch is shaped with a gusseted bottom, so it stands upright on shelves or inside cartons and can double as a bag-in-box liner. Side seals and the bottom seal are reinforced, and the joints receive extra strengthening to help reduce breakage in transit. Depending on the filling line and dispensing method, a spout, valve or screw cap can be added at the top or corner for fast filling and sealed dispensing; a flat-seal version is also possible when reopening is a priority. It is intended for liquid packaging that calls for stable standing and smooth outflow.

The pouch body is commonly made from PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminates, with the layer count and barrier structure selected according to the contents and filling temperature. Printing uses 1–8 color gravure, allowing brand graphics, ingredient lists, barcodes and usage instructions to be reproduced; sample-based and artwork-based customization are supported. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L, while bag width, bag height, spout diameter and bottom gusset can be adjusted per order. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside.

These dual stand-up pouches are widely used by food-service chains and food factories for delivering edible oil, soy sauce, sauces, syrups and concentrated soup bases. They also work for ice cream mix liners, dairy and beverage bases, and household liquid products. The customization process is: confirm pouch style and size, choose the material structure, approve the print artwork, then validate a sample before mass production.
