High-Barrier Double Stand-Up Pouch with Butterfly Valve for Juice, Wine and Vinegar Liquid Filling

Built with a double bottom gusset, this stand-up pouch can support itself once the bottom is opened. After filling it keeps a full, stable shape for efficient palletizing, carton shipping and retail shelf presentation. The mouth can be configured with a butterfly valve, a spout or a standard zipper. Valve diameter and mounting position are set according to your filling line, helping product flow out smoothly with less residual liquid. The four-side seals are reinforced, and both seal width and pouch curvature can be fine-tuned to match filling equipment, reducing leakage and bulging risks.

Lamination options typically include food-grade PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE high-barrier film. Depending on the contents, the structure can be selected for oxygen barrier, light protection or acid resistance, and the inner layer in direct liquid contact is suitable for food-contact applications. Printing is available in 1–8 colour gravure, with custom artwork, colour matching and matt or gloss finishes. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L; film thickness, pouch width and valve specification are matched to the fill volume, and matching roll film can be supplied as well.

Common applications cover liquid foods such as juice, jam, wine, apple cider vinegar, fermented liquids, syrup and sauces, along with selected household and industrial liquids. The custom process usually starts with a sample or drawing to confirm structure and specifications, followed by prototyping and bulk production after approval.
