Half-Gallon Large-Capacity Spout Pouch for Juice and Coffee Liquid Packaging

Designed for half-gallon and one-gallon liquid formats, this spout pouch uses a stand-up body with a bottom gusset that opens to keep the filled pack upright. Four-side seals create flat, secure edges, and corners can be rounded or angled depending on the chosen pouch style. A wide-mouth spout is paired with a screw cap; cap options include a standard screw version or a tamper-evident pull-ring design. After filling, the cap can be tightened for easy pouring and resealing, which suits repeated dispensing and reclosure.

The pouch body is produced from food-grade laminated film. Common structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, with barrier and heat-seal layers adjusted to suit the fill product and sterilisation method. The outer surface supports 1–8 colour gravure printing, delivering clear image detail and consistent colour, with matt, gloss or partial-window finishes available. Fill capacities range from 100ml to 5L. Spout diameter, bag dimensions and film thickness can be specified around your filling equipment and shelf presentation, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

These pouches are widely used for liquid portioning and transport packaging, including juice, coffee liquid, milk tea, syrup, concentrated juice, sauces and detergent. They also fit restaurant chains, central kitchens and e-commerce channels. The customisation path is straightforward: confirm the application and capacity, send a sample or artwork, approve a proof, then move to bulk production.
