Made with a PET/NY/PE three-layer laminate, this juice spout pouch combines good toughness with puncture resistance. A standard spout is heat-sealed into the top and fitted with a dust cap, so the user can open, squeeze or pour with one hand while the filled pouch keeps a stable shape on the shelf and when stacked in transit. Fruit juice contains organic acids and pulp; an acidic environment can accelerate film hydrolysis, and the contents are light-sensitive, so the packaging has to balance acid resistance, light blocking and flavour retention. It is suited to juice beverage filling lines and can be displayed under ambient or chilled conditions. The film structure, capacity specifications and printed artwork can all be customised to order.
