Within the double stand-up pouch range, this fruit juice drink spout pouch is made from a PET/NY/PE three-layer laminate that balances toughness with puncture resistance. A standard spout is heat-sealed into the pouch top and fitted with a dust cap, so users can squeeze or pour after opening with one hand. That construction helps the finished pack hold a stable shape during pallet stacking, transport and shelf display. Juice commonly contains organic acids and pulp, and an acidic environment can accelerate film hydrolysis while the contents are also sensitive to light; the packaging therefore needs to address acid resistance, light blocking and flavour retention at the same time. This pouch format works on juice beverage filling lines and is suitable for ambient or chilled shelf display. Lamination structure, capacity specifications and printed artwork can all be customised to customer requirements.
