From a structural standpoint, the pouch starts with a stand-up body and a slanted cut along one top side, with the spout positioned at the top of that slope. This angle supports a smoother pour and easier single-hand use. A folded bottom allows the pouch to stand, while four-side sealing keeps edges flat and even. The spout is heat-sealed to the film for a uniform seal, and either a standard screw cap or a valve spout can be selected to match different liquid viscosities for filling and closure.

Common laminate options include PET/PE, PA/PE and PET/AL/PE, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer. The structure can be selected according to acidic, oily or light-sensitive contents. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, and artwork plus colour references are confirmed from your sample or drawing. Capacities span 100ml–5L; spout diameter, pouch dimensions and slanted edge angle can be adjusted for your filling line. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical applications cover beverages, juice, soup, sauce, beer and seasoning liquids for takeaway packing and retail filling, as well as bulk portioning for restaurants, central kitchens and food processors. The workflow begins with requirement discussion, followed by sampling from your sample or artwork, confirmation of artwork and material, and then production order placement.
