In a bag-in-box format, the inner liner handles barrier protection and dispensing, while the carton provides structure and a printable surface. This foil dual-gusset stand-up BIB inner bag is made from a four-layer PET+AL+PA+PE laminate; its aluminium layer blocks oxygen and light to help wine and spirits retain their flavour through transport and shelf life. The dual-gusset base opens to follow the carton profile, supporting smooth filling and emptying. A butterfly valve at the spout aligns with the carton opening for dispensing from outside and can be closed tightly to reduce residual liquid. Thickness is 15-25 μm, and bag dimensions plus spout bore can be customised to the carton. It suits 1-5L liquid packaging for juice, beverages, wine and spirits, and is manufactured by Kangdi Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong.
