Oxygen and light are what spoil wine and spirits fastest, which makes the barrier layer inside the bag the single biggest factor in how long flavour holds after opening. The body of this dual-gusset stand-up pouch is built from a four-layer PET+AL+PA+PE foil laminate, where the aluminium core keeps oxygen and light out, and runs 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm) thick so barrier strength and flexibility stay in balance. Its double-inserted bottom lets a filled pouch stand unaided — ready for direct shelf display, or dropped into a corrugated carton as the inner bag of a bag-in-box (BIB) system. Liquid is drawn off through a butterfly valve on the spout: rotate the valve body to set the dispensing speed, and it shuts to a dependable seal. Specifications and print artwork are produced to order for 1–5 L juice, beverage, red wine and spirits packaging.
