Created for small-dose skincare filling and squeeze-out dispensing, this pouch is shaped with three-side seals and a folded bottom gusset. Once filled, it remains upright on a retail shelf or bathroom counter. The flip-top spout at the top can be opened and closed with one hand and supports precise flow control for medium-viscosity creams and lotions. Its spout is heat-sealed securely to the body, while the seal edges stay flat and clean without excess material; repeated squeezing does not easily split them.

Laminate choice can be tailored to the formula and required shelf life. Common builds include PET/AL/PE, PET/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, with a cosmetic-grade or food-grade heat-seal inner layer. Barrier performance, puncture resistance and hand feel are adjustable. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing for fine detail and stable registration, and surface options include matte, gloss and spot varnish. Capacities cover 30ml to 500ml; pouch length and width, spout diameter and flip-top colour can follow your artwork, and matching roll film is also available.

Typical applications include cleansers, lotions, serums, clay masks, shampoo and hand cream in sample, travel or retail portion formats, as well as mask mud and hair dye cream where squeezing is required.
