This pouch format integrates two separate dispensing outlets into one stand-up body: one positioned at the top and one at the bottom, each working independently. That design supports two main use cases. The first is portioned dosing—for example, a concentrate where only half is needed at a time while the second spout remains sealed. The second is point-of-use mixing for two-component formulas such as hair dye, epoxy adhesives, and dual-agent cleaners, where the two materials are filled into the same pouch separately.
For barrier performance, the pouch uses a PET+AL+PE laminate. The aluminium layer in the middle delivers strong oxygen and moisture resistance, making this dual-spout stand-up pouch suitable for products with longer shelf-life targets. Its bottom gusset is folded and reinforced, so a 3L fill still stands upright without collapsing or tipping. Each spout can be specified with a dust cap, tamper-evident cap, or silicone valve to help prevent accidental opening and leakage.
Customisation covers fill volume, the diameter and relative placement of the two spouts, the pouch width-to-height ratio, an optional central divider weld, and the complete printed artwork. Production is available from your drawing or sample, using ten-colour gravure printing. First-round samples are free, and the MOQ for printed orders is 5,000 pcs.
