This carry-handle water pouch is aimed at outdoor job sites, emergency reserves and group activities. Its top handle is integrated into the pouch and heat-sealed using the same material as the body; after drop and static-load testing, a full 10L pouch can be carried over distance without tearing. Two outlets are provided: the upper outlet feeds a tap or water dispenser, while the lower outlet uses gravity to empty the pouch and minimise residual water.
The pouch body is made from a food-grade PE lamination. It is odourless and carries no plasticiser migration risk, making it safe for direct filling with drinking water. Two exterior options are available: transparent, which allows visual water-quality checks, and metallised light-blocking, which suits liquids that need protection from light. Capacity graduations can also be printed along the side for at-a-glance volume monitoring.
Customisation covers volume (3L / 5L / 10L and non-standard sizes), handle style, outlet diameter, optional tap connector, graduation marks and printed artwork. In addition to transparent or metallised light-blocking finishes, usage instructions and capacity scales can be printed on the pouch. Artwork- or sample-based customisation and free sampling are supported, and we can help plan full container-load packing. MOQ for printed versions is 5,000 pcs.
