Custom Stand-Up Spouted Pouches | 100ml–5L Liquid Filling, 1–8 Colour Gravure Print

These double stand-up spouted pouches are built for liquid and semi-liquid foods. A gusseted base lets the filled pack stand on its own without extra support, keeping shelf display stable. The pouch body is produced with a three-side or four-side seal, and a welded fitment sits at the top or in the corner. Pair it with a screw cap, flip-top or one-way valve: consumers can sip straight from the pouch or close it again between servings. Because the fitment-to-film bond is a strong heat seal, the pack resists leakage and runs cleanly on continuous filling lines, matching what children's drinks and other take-anywhere formats need.

Food-grade laminated film is the base material. Typical structures include PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE; oxygen-barrier, light-blocking or heat-resistant builds can be chosen around the contents, and the inner sealing layer is matched to liquid filling. Graphics come from 1-8 colour gravure printing, which holds fine artwork detail and repeatable colour, with full-coverage backgrounds plus matt or gloss finishes on offer. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L. Pouch dimensions, along with spout diameter and spout position, are set to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside.

Juice, sea buckthorn puree, honey, meal-replacement shakes, jam, sauces and household liquids are the usual fillings, and the pouches suit aseptic or conventional hot-fill lines. Customisation starts simply: send a sample or artwork, agree the pouch style, material and spout specification, then approve a sample pouch before bulk runs begin. Production takes place at our Dongguan, Guangdong plant, which operates a Class 10000 cleanroom together with gravure printing, lamination and pouch-making lines. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs, with production scheduled to the agreed delivery date.
