A stand-up spout pouch brings together flexible packaging’s low material use and flat shipping profile with bottle-like dispensing control: the bag is lightweight and takes up little space when empty, while the screw spout can be unscrewed for pouring and tightened for sealing, letting users squeeze out only what they need. This is cleaner than cutting a pouch corner and more material-efficient than a rigid bottle. The pouch uses a bottom gusset so it stands upright once filled, with a pre-installed screw spout and cap at the top; as a general-purpose stand-up spout pouch, it fits small to mid-volume liquids such as detergent, fabric softener, body wash, juice and sauces. The body is a laminated film available in clear, metallised or pure aluminium structures to meet light-blocking and barrier needs, printed to customer artwork. Spout diameter, pouch capacity and pouch dimensions can be customised and matched to automatic filling and capping lines.
