The pouch combines a bottom gusset with side gussets, so once filled it stands upright on shelves and remains stable in transit cartons. The body can be produced with a three-side or four-side seal, while the top may carry a spout, flip-top spout or one-way valve for controlled pouring and dispensing. Optional zippers, tear notches and tamper-evident closures let one format serve trial sizes through to large refill packs.

Choose the laminate based on formula and target shelf life: PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE are common builds, using a food-grade heat-seal inner layer for toughness, puncture resistance and consistent sealing. Graphics are applied via 1-8 colour gravure printing, suitable for solid blocks, gradients and fine copy, with matt, gloss or spot-varnish finishes available. Capacities typically span 100ml to 5L; pouch width, spout diameter and roll film format are adjustable, and matching roll film can be supplied.

Ideal uses include kitchen degreasers, glass cleaners, dishwashing liquid, disinfectants, hand soap and car care fluids. Custom work begins with pouch style and capacity, and we accept samples or artwork before moving to mass production after proof approval. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10,000 cleanroom; blown film, lamination, printing and bag making are handled in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, making the programme suitable for export orders and ongoing replenishment.
