Custom Printed Foil Double Stand-Up Pouch for Red & White Wine BIB | 1-5 L, Butterfly Valve or Spout

Engineered for wine and beverage filling, this double stand-up pouch uses a twin-gusset base so it stands upright after filling. It can be equipped with either a butterfly valve or a spout, and once placed in an outer carton it becomes a bag-in-box (BIB) system. The format is well suited to red and white wine shipped by the case and poured over multiple servings, and it also works for juices, drinking water and other liquids that need to hold their flavour longer.

The pouch body is a PET+AL+PA+PE laminate. PET forms the outer layer for stiffness and printability; the AL foil layer provides light and oxygen barrier; PA improves puncture resistance and flex endurance; PE is the inner sealing layer that also comes into direct contact with the liquid. This layer combination helps reduce the impact of light and oxygen on wine and juice flavour.

Standard capacities are 1-5L, with a pouch thickness of 15-25 silk, printing in 1-8 colours, and an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Valve bore, spout placement, dispensing style, bag dimensions and artwork can be tailored to your filling line and outer carton. A sample is usually approved before mass production.

Typical applications include juice packaging, beverage packaging, red-wine packaging, drinking-water packaging and coffee packaging. The pouch is also used for concentrates, syrups, sauces and similar liquid products that are dispensed through a valve or spout.

The pouches are manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Laminating, printing and bag-making take place in the same factory. Samples can be produced first from your reference pouch or drawing, allowing you to check the valve opening, fill volume and film feel.
