Custom-Printed Clear Spout Pouches for Soy Milk, Juice and Liquid Food Packaging (100ml–5L)

These spout pouches are built for small- and medium-volume liquid packaging. They can be supplied as stand-up, three-side-seal or flat-bottom formats, with flat, secure four-side seals and optional tear notches or hang holes at the seals. The top can carry a screw-cap spout, direct spout or valved spout: screw caps deliver a tight, repeatedly reclosable seal, while direct spouts are suited to fast filling and drinking. The film is highly transparent so contents stay visible, and selected matte or unprinted zones can be added for branding.

Lamination structures are chosen to suit the filled product and sterilisation method. Common builds include PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, all with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer for barrier performance, puncture resistance and seal strength. Surfaces are printed by 1-8 colour gravure, reproducing gradients, spot colours and fine line details with reliable adhesion and colour consistency. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, bag height, spout diameter and tube diameter can be customised. Matching roll film in the same material is also available for automatic filling lines.

Typical liquid filling applications include soy milk, juice, milk tea, jelly drinks, seasoning sauces, soups and liquid detergents. The pouches are used by restaurants, central kitchens, food processing plants and e-commerce retailers. To order, send a sample bag, drawing or size request; we confirm the material structure and print plan, produce a sample for approval, and then start bulk production after sign-off.
