Custom-Printed 5kg Liquid Organic Fertilizer Dual-Spout Stand-Up Pouch | PET/NY/PE Laminate Packaging

This pouch format is developed for large-format liquid fertilizer filling. Its folded bottom gusset gives the bag a stable upright stance, helping it resist tipping during stacking and transport. A dual-spout outlet is fitted at the top, enabling filling from one side and dispensing from the other; a one-way valve or screw cap can be added as needed for smooth pouring and dependable resealing. The four-side seals are flat and secure, with rounded corners. For packs around 5kg, an enlarged handle or reinforcing ribs can be added to make lifting easier.

The body can be built with multilayer laminates such as PET/NY/PE or PET/AL/PE. The outer layer carries the print, the middle layer provides barrier protection, and the inner layer supports heat sealing, balancing stiffness, puncture resistance, and oxygen and moisture barrier performance. Printing uses 1-8 color rotogravure, allowing brand logos, product details and usage instructions to appear with rich color and clear detail. Standard capacities cover 100ml–5L; pouch dimensions, spout diameter and film gauge can be adjusted to order, and matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical applications include foliar enzyme, organic fertilizer, water-soluble fertilizer, amino acid fertilizer and other liquid fertilizer products, as well as pesticides and liquid detergents. Customization is flexible: send a sample bag or artwork file, and we will confirm the material structure, print layout and pre-production sample before bulk production. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10,000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with sampling and bulk scheduling handled step by step to support on-time delivery.
