Custom High-Barrier Aluminum Foil Double Stand-Up Pouches with Spouts for Wine, Juice & Liquid Filling

Built with a bottom gusset, this double stand-up pouch stays upright on the shelf. Its body can be produced as connected strips or as standalone pouches, and the four-side seal is flat and secure for automatic filling lines. The spout position can take a straight spout, angled spout or press valve. When used with a bag-in-box (BIB) outer carton, it delivers smooth pouring with minimal residue. The pouch also has high stiffness, so it displays well and tolerates repeated opening and closing in liquid packaging applications.

Typical structures use multi-layer lamination of PET, NY, AL, VMPET and PE. Depending on the fill, a high-barrier or puncture-resistant combination can be selected, giving stable oxygen and moisture barrier performance. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, with custom samples and artwork accepted; registration is precise and colour variation is controlled. Common volumes span 100ml to 5L. Bag width, bag length, spout diameter and seal width can be adjusted to suit filling equipment, and matching roll film in the same material is available for customers who form their own pouches.
