Custom Hair Dye & Perm Packaging: Corrosion-Resistant Stand-Up Spout Pouches (100ml–2L)

Designed around salon use, this pouch stands upright on shelves and worktops, even when partly empty. It can be constructed with four-side-seal or pillow-seal edges, and a folded bottom improves stability. At the top, a screw spout delivers controlled, one-hand dispensing. The spout is heat-welded into the pouch body with reinforced seals to help prevent leakage; tamper-evident or flip caps are optional for repeated use.

The laminate may combine PET, NY, AL and PE layers, with barrier and heat-seal layers matched to the fill. This gives the pouch resistance to the corrosive creams and liquids typically found in hair dye and perm formulas. Gravure printing is available in 1–8 colours for strong colour and reliable registration, including matt, gloss or spot effects. Common capacities range from 100ml to 2L, while bag dimensions, spout diameter and tube placement can be customised to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is also offered.

Typical applications include hair dye, perm solutions, hair wax, hair oils and other salon products, as well as similar personal-care and cleaning liquids or pastes. Custom orders follow a clear path: share a sample or artwork, approve the material structure and print file, then sign off on the proof before bulk production.
