The pouch body is built as a stand-up bag with a folded bottom gusset, so it remains upright and display-ready after filling. At the top, a screw spout or a spout with a screw cap can be fitted; selected specifications may also include a leak-resistant valve and a straw opening for convenient drinking and resealing. The spout-to-pouch heat-seal area is reinforced, and the edge seals are flat and strong, making the pack suitable for free-flowing liquids such as fruit wine and enzyme drinks.
Lamination structures are selected according to the contents and shelf-life needs. Common options are PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/NY/PE composite films, which combine oxygen barrier, light blocking and puncture resistance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, capable of fine artwork, gradients and spot colours; customization is available from samples or drawings, with matching roll film in the same material structure. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L, while pouch width, spout diameter and bag style can be adjusted to order.
Typical applications include fruit wine, enzyme drinks, fish collagen, juice beverages, seasoning sauces and Halloween or other holiday-themed drinks. The custom process generally follows requirement discussion, sample or artwork confirmation, proofing and sign-off, bulk production, then inspection before shipment. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop; film blowing, printing and pouch making are all completed in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production and delivery follow the confirmed schedule.
