The core of this format is its double stand-up construction. Folded bottom gussets expand into a three-dimensional base, so the pouch stands firmly on shelves while keeping a broad, flat front panel for branding. A spout, butterfly valve or screw cap can be added at the top. Wide heat-sealed edges and rounded corners support smooth filling, opening and pouring. As a replacement for glass bottles and rigid containers, it lowers transport weight and reduces breakage risk while still delivering a practical user experience.

The pouch body is made from multilayer laminates such as PET, NY, AL and PE. The aluminium foil layer in the middle provides high-barrier protection against oxygen, light and moisture, helping contents retain their original flavour for longer. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, with options for full-coverage graphics, spot colours and matt or gloss finishes; detail remains sharp and ink adhesion stays consistent. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L. Bag dimensions, spout diameter and valve type can be adjusted to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material is available.

Typical filling applications include juice concentrate, hydrogen-rich water, mineral water, wine, sauces and other liquids, plus household and industrial liquid portioning. Custom orders can start from your sample or artwork: once the material structure, capacity and print file are confirmed, sampling and bulk production can be arranged. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop with integrated printing, lamination and bag-making.
