Custom Double Stand-Up Pouch | 3 L / 5 L Butterfly-Valve Bag-in-Box for Juice & Wine

Made to order at our factory for juice and beverage filling lines, this double stand-up pouch is most often specified in 3 L and 5 L formats and equipped with a butterfly valve, placing it within bag-in-box liquid packaging. In high-volume drinks production, buyers usually care more about how smoothly the pouch runs on the filler and how stable valve batches are than about how one empty bag looks, since a line stoppage can cost more than the packaging itself.

The film build is PET+AL+PA+PE. The aluminium layer blocks light and oxygen to help protect flavour compounds and colours in juice; the PA layer raises puncture resistance for the repeated stresses of cartoning, palletising and transport; the PE inner layer provides the heat-seal surface and is the layer that contacts the drink. Together, these layers allow a relatively light pouch to deliver barrier and strength that a single heavy film would struggle to match.

Available fill sizes span 1–5 L, thickness is 15–25丝, printing can be 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.

Typical uses include juice packaging, beverage packaging, red-wine packaging, drinking-water packaging, coffee packaging and other liquid packaging. In enquiries, terms such as double-gusset pouch, valve pouch and bag-in-box pouch are often used for the same pouch family.
