Custom Clear-Window Spouted Stand-Up Pouch with Carry Handle for Rice and Grain Packaging

Built on a self-standing pouch format with a folded bottom, this large-mouth spouted bag features a die-cut carry handle and a wide top spout. The wide opening makes filling rice, beans and other granular products smoother, while pouring takes less effort. Choose a standard screw cap or a leak-resistant cap with a sealing gasket. Wider heat-seal edges and reinforced seals help the pouch stay rigid and upright instead of collapsing. A clear front window can be added so shoppers can check the colour and grain condition of rice or mixed grains without opening the pack.

The body is typically laminated from PET/PE, PA/PE or PET/AL/PE films, selected for fill weight and barrier requirements, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer. Printing uses 1–8 colour gravure, covering full-surface backgrounds, clear-window blank areas and gradient artwork, with stable registration and dense ink coverage for clear small text and barcodes. Standard capacities run from 100 g to 5 kg. Bag width, bag height, spout diameter and handle position can follow your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Ideal for rice, mixed grains, beans, pet food, nuts and roasted seeds, plus other granular or powder foods, it also works for household chemical granules and small industrial additives. Customization starts with your sample or artwork, then material structure and print proof confirmation, followed by sampling and sign-off before bulk production.
