The pouch body is built as a double stand-up format, formed with either three-side-seal or four-side-seal construction: seals stay flat and firm, and the pouch holds a crisp, upright shape instead of slumping. A spout is heat-welded to the top and closed with a screw cap, with pull-ring or tamper-evident versions available. Spout diameter and length are matched to your filling equipment, and a single-layer or double-layer spout design can be specified — both pour cleanly and seal tightly, so the pack can be re-closed repeatedly after opening.

The laminate combines multiple films such as PET, NY, AL and PE. Depending on what you fill, it can be supplied in a clear, metallised or foil structure, balancing barrier performance, puncture resistance and low-temperature strength. Surfaces take 1–8 colour gravure printing with steady registration and saturated colour, including matt, gloss and localised window finishes. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L; film width, bag length and spout placement are all adjustable, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside.
