For hotel guest amenities and personal-care refill programmes, this pouch works as a small-dose container. It can be configured as a shaped pouch, three-side-seal pouch or stand-up pouch, with rounded or angled corners to make handling simpler. The screw-cap spout is offered as a straight nozzle, flip-top cap or silicone leak-control valve, helping liquids dispense evenly while limiting backflow. Heat-sealed edges surround the pouch body, and the spout base receives extra welding for seal integrity. Fill volumes range from 10g to 500ml, covering lotions and similar liquids, and the format can be displayed on racks or in gift boxes.
Pouch bodies are typically made with PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PA/PE laminates. The barrier layer is chosen to match the fill and target shelf life, while a food-grade heat-seal inner layer supports resistance to acids, alcohol and leakage. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, including spot colours, gradients and full-coverage backgrounds, with fine detail and tight colour consistency from run to run. The available fill range is 10g–500ml, common spout diameters are 8mm, 10mm and 12mm, and bag width, length and shaped outline are tooled to your artwork. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.
Typical applications include hotel guest toiletries, travel-size daily care, mother-and-baby products, pet cleaning and cosmetic sample packs. Low- to medium-viscosity liquids such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion can be filled. Customisation starts with a requirements discussion, then sample or artwork confirmation and layout proofing; after approval, plate-making, printing and pouch-making follow. Dongguan Kody Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, operates its own Class 10000 clean workshop, accepts orders from 10,000 pcs, supports sample- and drawing-based customisation, and maintains a clear production schedule for delivery on the agreed date.
