Built for bulk liquid filling and shelf presentation, this stand-up spout pouch uses a folded bottom that keeps the pack upright and stable. Heat-sealed edges can be rounded or angled to suit the design. The top can be configured with a regular spout, leak-resistant spout, or valved spout. On selected formats, a handle hole or fitted handle improves carrying and pouring while helping reduce spills when the cap is opened.

Typical film structures combine PET, NY, AL, and PE, and the barrier layer plus thickness can be tailored to the product inside, targeting strength, puncture resistance, aroma retention, and light protection. Gravure printing in 1-8 colours delivers fine graphics and stable colour reproduction, with full-surface coverage, spot colours, and selective matte effects available. Capacities span 100ml to 5L. Dimensions, spout diameter, and handle placement are customized from your drawing or sample, and matching roll film in the same material can also be provided.

These pouches commonly package laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, and hand wash, as well as juices, sauces, and disinfectants that require controlled pouring.
