Built as a stand-up pouch, this pack uses a widened bottom gusset to remain upright on retail shelves or bathroom counters once filled. The body is normally three-side or four-side sealed, creating neat, firm edges, while the flip-top spout on top opens and closes easily for more controlled lotion dispensing; closing it helps reduce leakage and contamination. A folding crease lets the pouch be flattened down for storage and slipped into travel kits.

PET/PE and PET/AL/PE laminates are the usual film options, with the structure adjusted to match the contents' barrier and light-protection needs. The inner heat-seal layer supports seal integrity, and the smooth outer layer is suitable for large graphic areas. Printing is 1-8 color gravure, delivering rich color and stable registration for gradients and fine line work. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, while pouch dimensions and spout diameter can be made to order; matching roll film is also available for automatic filling lines.
