Built for liquid packaging that must stay upright on a shelf and pour without collapsing, this dual-gusset stand-up pouch forms a wider, more stable base as it fills. Two bottom gussets spread outward to support the weight, helping the bag resist tipping during retail display. The pouch body is a four-layer PET+AL+PA+PE laminate; its aluminium layer acts as an oxygen and light barrier, while the overall thickness can be adjusted from 15 to 25 μm to balance rigidity with flexibility. A butterfly valve at the spout rotates to control flow and closes immediately after dispensing, making the format suitable for 1–5L juice, beverages, red wine, and white spirits.
