Made for small-format liquid products, this double stand-up pouch combines a folded bottom gusset with front and back panels formed as one unit, so it stays upright and resists tipping once filled. The top-fill mouth simplifies filling and heat sealing, while the double zipper at the top can be reopened and closed repeatedly to reduce leakage and oxidation. A butterfly valve at the dispensing end lets users adjust flow by twisting, making it suitable for lower-viscosity drinks and liquid seasonings. A carry hole can be added on the top or side of the pouch for easy handling. Sealed edges are flat and strong, and the valve seat is reinforced to balance transport pressure resistance with everyday convenience.

The pouch body can be produced in food-grade laminated structures, including PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, chosen according to the contents and required barrier level; the inner layer is suitable for food-contact use. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure for stable colour reproduction, with surface options such as matte, gloss and partial cut-out effects. Regular capacities span 100ml to 5L. Bag width, bag height, zipper position, valve diameter and handle placement can be adjusted to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same structure can be supplied for full-line packaging.

Typical uses cover rice wine, fruit wine, juice, concentrates, sauces, soup bases and liquid detergents, as well as sample packs and temporary drink pouches. The custom process usually follows: confirm pouch style and capacity, provide artwork or a physical sample, approve the proof, then proceed to mass production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10000 clean room, with film blowing, lamination, printing and bag making completed on one site for better batch consistency.
