Engineered for liquid colour cosmetics and personal care products, this brush-tip spout pouch combines mess-controlled dispensing with flexible pack formats. It can be produced as a three-side-seal pouch or a four-side-seal stand-up pouch. A threaded spout sits at the top and may be paired with a brush applicator, silicone applicator tip, or press valve. The pouch body and spout are heat-sealed together for a strong joint, while the flat seal edges support clean opening. Dispensing volume is governed by the spout bore, which helps limit waste and leakage. Choose clear, frosted, or matte finishing to display the product inside.
Typical laminate options include PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE; the barrier layer and inner heat-seal film are matched to the formula to balance oil resistance and permeation control. Gravure printing runs in 1–8 colours and accepts custom work from samples or artwork. Full-coverage backgrounds, gradients, and spot matte effects are all possible with stable registration. Standard fill volumes span 10ml to 500ml. Spout bore, pouch dimensions, and brush length can be adapted to your filling line, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
These pouches suit lip gloss, lip tint, nail polish, foundation, makeup remover, essence, hand sanitiser, and disinfecting gel, among other liquid cosmetics and daily-care items. To customise, send a sample or artwork; based on your formula, we recommend a suitable film structure and spout type, then proceed to bulk production after sample approval. Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop, with printing, lamination, and bag making handled in house. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces, and orders are delivered according to the agreed schedule.
